Payments must be made in full before service delivery. Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted or services have commenced. Exceptions may be considered within 7 days of purchase for unused services, subject to review. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
MELRITHAN provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee specific business results or financial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MELRITHAN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform or services.
